Peter Terracciano
In the midst of a highly successful and profitable career as a residential real estate broker, Peter Terracciano decided to launch RE/MAX All-Pro in Lancaster, California. Though founded in 1990, a difficult period for the residential real estate industry, Peter Terracciano soon reaped considerable rewards from his RE/MAX venture into the burgeoning Antelope Valley real estate market. Two years later, Peter Terracciano won accolades from RE/MAX International as the number one real estate broker in California, followed by several more top honors in the next decade. Presented with a RE/MAX International Hall of Fame Award in 1993, Peter Terracciano went on to receive the Lifetime Achievement Award from his parent organization for his performance at RE/MAX All-Pro. In addition, Peter Terracciano held membership in the RE/MAX International Platinum Club from 1992 through 1999. Peter Terracciano launched his career in 1977 after receiving his broker’s license from the California Department of Real Estate. Since then, Peter Terracciano has gained additional certification from a wide range of distinctive organizations, including the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers, and the National Association of Realtors (NAR), through which he became a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). A member of the Greater Antelope Valley Association of Realtors, Peter Terracciano served as a Director of this group in 1999.
