Bruce Ginier
Bruce Ginier graduated magna cum laude from West Virginia University in 1981. While at WVU, Bruce Ginier studied psychology and was a member of the academic honor society, Phi Kappa Phi. Following his undergraduate studies, Bruce Ginier enrolled in WVU’s Robert C Byrd Health Science Center. During his junior and senior years of the graduate program, Bruce Ginier was elected Charleston Division Class Vice President. Bruce Ginier completed his graduate studies in 1986, earning his Doctor of Medicine. At the beginning of his career, Bruce Ginier served in multiple capacities. From 1986 to 1988, Bruce Ginier completed an internship in internal medicine at St. Thomas Hospital in Akron, Ohio. At Tri-County Emergency Medical Services in Hartville, Ohio, Bruce Ginier spent one year as a Staff Physician. He then moved to Sacramento, California, to pursue his residency in diagnostic radiology. From 1988 to 1992, Bruce Ginier accepted a position at the University of California, Davis Medical Center in radiology. Since completing his residency, Bruce Ginier has garnered radiology experience from a number of medical facilities, including the Stanford University Hospital & Clinics, Sierra Imaging Associates in Clovis, California, and the Saint Agnes Medical Center in Fresno, California, where he was also Chairman of the 1996 and 1997 Neuroscience Symposium. Bruce Ginier currently serves as Radiologist at Fresno’s California Imaging Institute, the largest outpatient imaging center in the downtown Fresno area. Bruce Ginier has presented at a variety of radiology forums spanning across the U.S. With other contributing authors, Bruce Ginier has published articles such as "Lobular Patterns of Cerebellar Activation in Verbal Working Memory and Finger Tapping Tasks as Revealed by Functional MRI," "MR Imaging of Interventricular Cysticercosis," and "Synchronous Primary Brain Tumors: Neurocytoma and Medulloblastoma." As a member of Radiological Society of North America, Inc., Bruce Ginier plays an active role in the radiological community. Currently, he resides in Fresno, California, where he enjoys spending time with his church and family.
