Steven Pinkert
A dedicated legal professional admitted to practice by the Florida Bar, the U.S. District Court, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Steven Pinkert acts as Managing Partner for Pinkert & Marsh, P.A., a boutique law firm located in Miami, Florida. The firm’s attorneys are skilled in practice areas such as bar admissions and grievances, products liability, patents and trademarks, and real estate. Steven Pinkert founded the firm in 2011.
In addition to his duties as a lawyer, Steven Pinkert serves as Chairman of the Board for Signum U.S. Healthcare, Inc. The company dedicates itself to promoting CyberKnife radiosurgery centers in China. Additionally, Pinkert is a founder and Partner in the CyberKnife Center of Palm Beach.
A high achiever in the academic arena, Steven Pinkert attended the University of Southern California, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Pre-Medical Studies with a cum laude commendation. Following his undergraduate education, he attended Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine to earn a Doctor of Medicine in 1976. After completing his psychiatric residency at the University of Illinois Medical Center, he instructed students in diagnostic psychiatry at the University of Illinois. In the 1990s, Steven Pinkert turned his attention to a career in law, obtaining a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and later founding the Pinkert Law Firm, and finally Pinkert & Marsh. In 2001, he received an MBA from the University of Miami Graduate School of Business Administration with a specialty in International Business.
