During his tenure with BEA Systems, which lasted for more than five years, Joseph Donchez received many BEA Achievers Club awards and the exclusive BEA Worldwide Chairman's "Top Talent" Award. Every year, his sales percentage exceeded the quota mandated by the company, reaching up to 126 percent. At BEA Systems, Mr. Donchez received plaudits for his efforts that expanded the company’s revenue from $800 million to $1.6 billion. Performing as a Senior Sales Representative for KnowledgeWare Inc., Joseph Donchez secured 7 of the corporation’s top 100 North American customers and was rewarded with inauguration into the firm’s Sterling Club in 1991 and 1992.

Additionally, Joseph Donchez ranked within the elite 10 percent of all salespersons at Computer Associates International, Inc. (now CA Technologies), where he served in the positions of Account Manager, Senior Regional Account Manager, and Senior Account Executive. A family man, Joseph Donchez enjoys spending time with his wife of 24 years and their three college-age daughters. Joseph Donchez also enjoys swimming, golfing, tennis, following NCAA athletics, and attending Broadway shows in New York City with his family.
