Jim Graca
A real estate professional with 12 years of experience financing deals and buying and selling investment properties, Jim Graca is the Principal at Marquest Financial. Among other roles at Marquest, Graca assists investors who seek to purchase multiple solar energy tax credits, a process known as syndication. Jim Graca is a member of the Solar Energy Industries Association, a policy organization devoted to advocating for the production, distribution, and installation of solar energy products and technology in the United States.
Jim Graca also focuses on residential and commercial real estate acquisitions. Over the course of his career in real estate, Graca has purchased premier residential homes worth more than $37 million, earning over $4 million in profits. Jim Graca previously owned the Francis J. Dewes House, named to the U.S. Register of Historic Places in 1974 and located in the elite Chicago, Illinois, neighborhood of Lincoln Park. He has owned a number of mansions, including the Hathaway Estate in Los Angeles and the Ferrante and Duck Hollow mansions in Tuxedo Park, New York.

Committed to the protection of dogs, Graca contributes financially to animal charities such as the Anti-Cruelty Society of Chicago and Detroit Dog Rescue. Graca was educated at the University of Minnesota, where he studied Economics and completed a Bachelor of Arts. He makes his home in Lake Forest, Illinois.
