Ken Londoner

Ken Londoner is a highly successful and well-respected financial specialist and entrepreneur with business experience in multiple industries. He began his career in 1990 as a Financial Analyst with J. & W. Seligman & Co., now known as Seligman Investments, in New York City. Ken Londoner followed trends and progress in a variety of industries, including U.S. retail, gaming, lodging, media, entertainment, wireless, and medical technology and devices. At age 25, Ken Londoner transitioned to actively managing money, with more than $1 billion in investments for the company, including $900 million in the Seligman Growth and Capital Funds. In 1997, Ken Londoner left Seligman to start his own hedge fund, Red Coat Capital Management, LLC. As the Managing Partner of Red Coat, Londoner assumed responsibility for investment selection, investor relations, strategy, and employee recruitment. Through Londoner’s efforts, Red Coat increased assets under management from $2 million to just over $1 billion at the firm’s peak. After dissolving the hedge fund, Ken Londoner founded Endicott Management Partners, LLC in 2002. With Endicott, Ken Londoner has assisted various firms in expanding operations through financial support. Based in Santa Clara, California, NewCardio’s team developed state-of-the-art software to improve the accuracy and usefulness of the electrocardiograph (ECG), one of the most widely used diagnostic tools in medicine. As the head of business development and finance, Ken Londoner raised nearly $18 million to implement the company’s strategy and assisted with an alternative public offering (APO). Additionally, during his tenure at NewCardio, Ken Londoner increased the company's value by $280 million. Aside from co-founding the medical software firm, Ken Londoner co-founded two other companies, Safe Ports, Inc., a defense logistics contractor serving the U.S. Department of Defense and foreign governments, and BioSig Technologies, a medical device company. Today, Ken Londoner continues to contribute as Managing Partner of Endicott in New York, and oversees the investment portfolios of his other companies, as well as InspireMD. He enjoys playing golf, tennis, and skiing in his free time.
