Francesca Craig
With professional experience as a social secretary and a development administrator, Francesca Craig brings a commitment to the good of society to her professional and private endeavors. Currently serving at the French Embassy in Washington, D.C., she has served in the development offices for the esteemed Center for Public Integrity and for the Aspen Institute, both in Washington, D.C. In the Department of Development at the Center for Public Integrity, Francesca Craig communicated with individual donors to raise funds to support the center’s investigative journalism pursuits. Working with the center’s Advisory Committee, Executive Director, and Board, she attended fund-raising dinners in New York and Washington, D.C. to solicit donations.
From 2007 to 2009, Francesca Craig worked in the development department at the Aspen Institute. Among her roles, she participated in the Aspen Ideas Festival, an annual event designed to promote nonpartisan debate about issues including policy, environment, education, arts, and international affairs.
Francesca Craig exhibited interest in public policy issues and in French topics in her academic experience. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from New York University, where she studied political science and French literature. She pursued her interest in legal issues by studying law for two years at the University of London's law school in Hong Kong.
