Dr. Jerry Lubliner

A highly respected orthopaedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist, Dr. Jerry Lubliner served as part of the medical team for the Toronto Blue Jays and Canadian Olympic athletes. Dr. Jerry Lubliner forged his association with the Canadian sports programs following a fellowship in sports medicine through the University of Western Ontario in the 1980s.

A summa cum laude graduate from Syracuse University, Dr. Jerry Lubliner attended medical school at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. He performed his internship at Beth Israel Medical Center and was a resident at the Hospital for Joint Diseases Orthopaedic Institute. Dr. Lubliner currently serves as the Chief of Sports Medicine Service at Beth Israel Medical Center as well as operating a private practice on East 73rd Street in Uptown Manhattan.

As the lead surgeon at New York Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, P.C., Dr. Jerry Lubliner specializes in the treatment of knee and shoulder injuries in patients who have experienced injury or trauma to a joint. Having treated some of the greatest athletes in the world, Dr. Lubliner understands that a sports-related injury is a devastating setback, whether his patients are professional or amateur athletes.

Dr. Jerry Lubliner teaches is a member of the American Medical Association, the New York County Medical Society, and the Greater Metropolitan Sports Medicine Society. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
