WOW has lately enhanced its Global Delivery Centers in order to support their operations around the world, offering staffing services to Fortune 1000 companies, small-to-medium sized businesses, and government entities. Ms. Vierheilig’s major responsibilities as Director of Sales are to contact new corporations and market WOW’s staffing services, as well as to help train all recruiters in current staffing trends and techniques. Cheryl Vierheilig is also proud to work with supplier diversity managers across the country that honor and support Women’s Business Enterprises for diversity initiatives. Prior to taking on her position at WOW, Ms. Vierheilig founded Professional Nanny Care Solutions Inc., a company that provides nannies, mother’s helpers, and geriatric care to families in need. Vierheilig’s company invests in the continuous recruitment, screening, and interviewing of childcare providers to ensure they bring relevant experience, reliability, and professional skills to its customers. After Cheryl Vierheilig spent a considerable amount of time and effort tracking down the most qualified nanny for her own children, she decided to start a company that took the guess work out of the hiring process for other moms who were struggling in similar situations.
