Blair Rafferty of Bedford, Australia is the Director of Marketing West, an Australian premium SMS company. Rafferty has held the position since joining the firm in 2005, and his general responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the company. Under his leadership, Marketing West has evolved into a truly global company, serving the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and Australia. Partnering with large telecommunications corporations such as Nextel and Cellular One, Marketing West is now able to distribute downloadable entertainment to the customers of these wireless companies. Through an innovative software platform, which maximizes uptime and efficiency, Marketing West can send movies, TV entertainment, and more to the cellular phones of all paid subscribers, which now number in the hundred thousand range. As Director, Mr. Rafferty personally drove the growth of the innovative firm. Blair Rafferty studied aviation at Edith Cowan University in Perth. At present, he is a member of the Maylands Hakarac Boxing Association and Maylands Wing Chun Kung Fu Club. Blair Rafferty also regularly attends the Mount Lawley Zest Health Club. He has also contributed to such charitable organizations as the RSPCA and Greenpeace.
