As the Vice President of two prominent New Jersey companies in the construction and soil recycling industries, T.J. Earle has many daily responsibilities. The Earle Family founded both of its businesses, The Earle Companies and Pure Soil Technologies, and the Earles continue to run them today. Having started work directly after graduating from Boca Raton, Florida’s Lynn University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, T.J. is a busy man, devoted to leading both of his companies far down the path of success. However, T.J. Earle is no stranger to success. While acting as Vice President of The Earle Companies, T.J. has helped increase its sales significantly. Furthermore, he has reduced personnel turnover and instituted formal internal training and development programs for all of the company’s employees, on top of which, T.J. has helped his family’s company win the National Ecological Award for Best Facility. His achievements as Vice President of Pure Soil Technologies (a Class B Recycling Facility that treats petroleum-contaminated soil) are just as impressive as they are at The Earle Companies. Although Pure Soil Technologies is a much younger company, T.J. Earle helped increase company sales through his hard work in developing sales and marketing strategies, overseeing product quality, performing market analysis, and cost reporting and trending. In his limited spare time, T.J. enjoys working out, and he has a special affinity for motorcycles, which he both rides and collects.
