Camp Stewart for Boys
Established nearly 90 years ago, Camp Stewart for Boys brings young men together on more than 500 acres in Texas surrounding the pristine Guadalupe River in a positive learning experience. Embodying Judeo-Christian principles and the motto “Don’t wait to be a man to be great, be a great boy,” Camp Stewart for Boys welcomes those aged 6 to 16 for a sleep-away experience sure to be remembered.
At Camp Stewart, participants may explore a variety of activities and build skills to last a lifetime. Camp Stewart for Boys offers opportunities to bring out the budding talents of boys with various interests, including archery, horseback riding, rock climbing, canoeing, riflery, and arts and crafts. Camp Stewart also features comprehensive athletic facilities, including seven tennis courts, three soccer fields, a track, six baseball diamonds, and two golf greens. When not exercising or creating, campers enjoy the rustic atmosphere by campfire, where they cook once a week, or from one of 24 rock-and-cedar cabins, where they sleep. Attendees at Camp Stewart for Boys benefit from the supervision and encouragement of appointed counselors and role models, hand-picked for their integrity and achievements. Boys take advantage of a technology-free environment, where they may thrive and play without distraction and reap the rewards of independence.
