As Host of the Golf Channel’s Top Ten and Destination Golf, Lauren Thompson has created an admirable portfolio of work in a few short years. With comprehensive experience in acting, speaking, and modeling, Lauren Thompson qualifies for a variety of positions in the media industry. An active member of her community, Lauren Thompson makes time to give back through various charitable associations when she isn’t busy working.

Lauren Thompson completed her undergraduate education at the University of Central Florida as a Marketing and Communications major. While Marketing involves the study of the business of advertising, communications covers a broad range of topics, from interpersonal interactions to media technology. Lauren Thompson draws from these deep wells of information to fuel her own career in media and advertising.

Lauren Thompson currently hosts two Golf Channel television shows and XOS Digital’s sports shows, including College Sports Minute. Lauren Thompson’s other on-going contracts include Longwood Lincoln Mercury, for which she does monthly commercial and radio work, and TNA Wrestling, where she conducts backstage discussions. Her previous experiences in television include hosting and interview work for Orlando Hot Spots, MavTV with STARE, and Paradise TV. Infomercials and commercials that features Lauren Thompson include Sync It!, Ron Jon Surf Shop, and Avectra Software. She has also appeared in film work such as in Jason Aldean’s Hicktown country music video and Sevendust’s Praise rock video. Lauren Thompson utilizes her communications skills in voice-over acting roles, doing radio spots for Nourse Interstate Auto Mall in South Carolina and narrating information on the DemoBags’ website. Particularly adept at speaking roles, Lauren Thompson can impersonate numerous accents.

Maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle, Lauren Thompson enjoys kickboxing, Bikram Yoga, and hitting the driving range. She also has skills in a number of other sports, including snorkeling, cheerleading, and snow skiing.
