Solomon Steinlauf brings 17 years of experience as a top-producing Real Estate Broker and real estate owned (REO) property specialist to S & Z Capital & Development. His experience in REO property listings, or foreclosures, helps him find potential investment opportunities. His experience as a Broker has given him intimate knowledge of the different features of each of New York's neighborhoods, allowing him to determine appropriate future uses for investment properties. Outside of S & Z Capital & Development, he participates as a member of The Brooklyn Board of Realtors, the Brooklyn Multiple Listing Service, and the National Association of Realtors.
