Patrick A. DeHeer
Podiatrist Dr. Patrick DeHeer completed a surgical podiatry residency at Winona Memorial Hospital in Indianapolis. At present, Patrick A. DeHeer serves as the owner of Hoosier Foot & Ankle, LLC. Dr. Patrick A. DeHeer oversees operations and treats patients at offices in Carmel, Columbus, Franklin, and Shelbyville, Indiana. Additionally, Patrick A. DeHeer founded a non-profit organization, Wound Care Haiti, that serves Haitians that would not otherwise receive proper wound care. Patrick A. DeHeer's derives the most amount of pleasure from spending time with family, friends, and dogs, but he also enjoys reading, watching movies, listening to music, cooking, and traveling.
When Dr. Patrick DeHeer is not practicing his daily activities as a podiatrist or on medical missions, Patrick A. DeHeer stays fit by weight lifting, walking, and golfing. Patrick DeHeer is also an avid sports fan who follows Indiana University basketball, Chicago Cubs baseball, and the Indianapolis Colts football. Patrick DeHeer also combines his podiatry expertise with his enjoyment of sports by serving as a podiatric consultant for athletes and teams.
Reflecting his involvement with international charitable and medical causes, The Uses of Haiti by Paul Farmer is one of Dr. Patrick DeHeer’s favorite books. Patrick A. DeHeer also enjoys Ayn Rand’s works and lists Atlas Shrugged and The Fountainhead among his favorites. Other favorite titles include Stephen King’s The Stand and Dale Carnegie’s How to Win Friends and Influence People. Patrick A. DeHeer also enjoys the works of success coach Jack Canfield and mystery writer Sue Grafton.
