With more than three decades of experience, Jerry E. Swon currently operates as a Wall Street Investment Banker and Reverse Merger Specialist. Jerry E. Swon attended Hamline University in Saint Paul, Minnesota and prepared for his career in finance with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Jerry E. Swon also played on the University's golf team and won the 1971 National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) District Championship. Swon still enjoys golfing today and just shot his third hole-in-one this past June.
Throughout his professional life, Jerry E. Swon has acquired a number of high-profile positions for several corporate firms throughout the United States. At Royal Capital and Magnitude Information Systems, Inc. , Jerry E. Swon acted as Chief Executive Officer. He also served as Chairman and President at Millenium Biotechnologies, Inc. . An expert in reverse mergers, Jerry E. Swon initiated the merger of Concord Energy and Knight Equipment & Manufacturing Corp. Inc. in 1996 and the restructuring of WorldWater & Solar Technologies, Inc. and Proformix in 1997.
An active member of his community, Jerry E. Swon donates his time to Market Street Mission food bank and supports the First Choice Womenâs Resource pregnancy center. Jerry E. Swon also re-founded the New Jersey Rockets youth hockey organization after 10 years of inactivity, which has produced such National Hockey League stars as Jeremy Roenick and Bob Sanguinetti.
