Ellen Voie was manager of retention and recruiting programs at Schneider National Inc before she entered into association. Her responsibly was to create cooperate level programs that aim to encourage non-traditional group to mull over their career in trucking industry. So Ellen Voie possess years of experience in trucking industry. She knows what it takes to encourage the women to come forward into trucking industry and remove the hesitation and fear that most of women develop in their mind to trucking industry.
