Dr. William M. Levine
An experienced podiatrist, Dr. William M. Levine provides foot care and surgery to patients in New York. For almost 20 years, he has treated individuals through his private practice in three locations: Far Rockaway, Manhasset, and Brooklyn. In addition, Dr. Levine has contributed as an Attending Podiatrist at Maimonides Medical Center and The Brooklyn Hospital Center. Board certified for more than 20 years, Dr. Levine offers expertise in a range of surgeries, including reconstructive, laser, and arthroscopic. He also specializes in treating young patients and those with diabetes.
A sports enthusiast, Dr. William M. Levine enjoys participating in athletics, such as soccer, baseball, skiing, football, and golf. He has volunteered for the Special Olympics and the Goodwill Games. Furthermore, he has extended this interest to treating patients with sports medicine concerns, including many high school and professional athletes. Dr. Levine evaluates each patient with a holistic approach and develops an individualized treatment plan. He employs surgical options only after he has exhausted all other treatment protocols.
Before becoming a podiatrist, Dr. William M. Levine earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Binghamton University, part of The State University of New York system. He then moved to Chicago to enroll in the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. He earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine in 1991. Following podiatry school, Dr. Levine completed an externship in Missouri and a residency in New Jersey. He has also completed a course in ankle arthroscopy.
