Dave Pimper
Dave L. Pimper received his BS in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, in 1977. In 1981, Mr. Pimper began his career in the financial services arena, in Fremont, NE. Today, Mr. Pimper is the owner and president of the independent branch of Calton & Associates, Inc. in Fremont NE. with over 20 years of investment and annuity experience under his belt. In addition to running the independent branch of Calton & Associates, Inc. in Fremont NE, Dave Pimper takes an active interest in the greater financial community of the Fremont, NE area. For fourteen years, Mr. Pimper hosted the local call-in radio talk show, “Your Money Matters,” a financial advising program that answers consumers burning money questions. He also hosts market watch segments on two local radio programs that feature stock and economic updates and closing stock market analysis. Pimper has also hosted nearly three hundred financial management workshops for investors and those looking to plan for their financial future. For all the work he does to help consumers better understand investments and annuities, Dave L. Pimper is also widely recognized by the professional investment and annuity community. He has been a frequent keynote speaker at the AVIVA Life and Annuity Insurance Company’s “Annuity Academy.” Mr. Pimper also hosts an “Annuity Boot Camp” three to four times each year, to help train fellow annuity brokers in new techniques to ethically promote and market annuities to customers. As busy as his career may be, Dave L. Pimper maintains an active social schedule as well. He is involved in many local charities, including the Big Brothers and Big Sisters program, the YMCA, the Care Corps Homeless Shelter, the Kiwanis Club, The American Breast Cancer Association, The American Heart Association, Jews for Jesus, and the University of Nebraska at Lincoln (UNL) Sustaining Fund. Mr. Pimper also sits on the board of the Fremont, NE Area Chamber of Commerce, and is the Chairman of the Christian Emphasis Committee at the Fremont YMCA.
