Vincent Singh
A results-oriented software engineer with experience in business management, Vincent Singh has exhibited versatility and consistently excellent performance throughout his career. Possessing exemplary customer service skills along with a broad base of technical knowledge, including familiarity with UNIX, Windows System Programming, C, C++, and SQL, Vincent Singh brings a high level of professionalism to his work. Vincent Singh earned an Associate degree with honors from City College of San Francisco in 1990. While there, he was elected Vice President of the Alpha Gamma Sigma Honor Society, which promotes academic achievement in community colleges throughout California. After graduating, Mr. Singh attended San José State University, where he received a B.S. in Computer Engineering with a Minor in Mathematics. In 1996, Vincent Singh began work as a technical support engineer for Lam Research Corporation. In this position, Mr. Singh resolved customer concerns, often traveling onsite to troubleshoot software performance issues. Vincent Singh went on to manage sustaining engineering at Clarent Corporation, an international firm offering software-based communications solutions. At Clarent, his work focused on software adhering to telephony protocols such as ISDN, SS7, and MFC-R2. After a year with Clarent, Mr. Singh was promoted to Manager and led a team in finding solutions to significant software defects. Mr. Singh then served as Principal Engineer for Aspect Software, Inc., troubleshooting software problems and addressing customer concerns. Most recently, Mr. Singh simultaneously managed two Aamco Transmissions Inc. locations in California, where he was responsible for setting policy, meeting goals, and supervising company procedures. During this time he also owned and operated his own business, Perfect Financial Group Inc.
