Thaddeus J. Cwynar
Thaddeus J Cwynar is an accomplished chef specializing in French, Italian and Southern cuisine. Among his talents are cajun and creole cooking and exquisite french pastries. He trained for 2 years in Italy then traveled to France to train under a masterchef. After returning to the United states, he opened several small restaurants and continues to cater special events and teach his beloved art. He enjoys watching Bobby Flay and Paula Dean on HGTV.
Since 1997, nursing professional Thaddeus J. Cwynar has contributed to the health care field. Thaddeus J. Cwynar devoted many years to his studies both before and after pursuing his career. At Kent State University in Ohio, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 1996 and joined Sigma Theta Tau International, a community of nurse leaders based in 86 countries. Furthering his education, Thaddeus J. Cwynar attended the University of Akron, where he majored in finance and earned his MBA in 2002.
As a student, Thaddeus J. Cwynar belonged to the Financial Management Association. In December 2008, he completed his Master of Science in Nursing at Youngstown State University, where he received training in the Nurse Anesthetist Program. After graduating from Kent State University, Thaddeus J. Cwynar joined Akron Ohio-based Select Specialty Hospital (LTAC) as a Charge Nurse, managing a staff of nurses and supervising an extended acute-care facility. In addition, Thaddeus J. Cwynar monitored the hospital for Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) compliance.
While at Select Specialty Hospital, he traveled to Kansas to mentor staff in a team-nursing model designed to develop nursing skills and provide the best nursing care to gain high marks for patient satisfaction. He subsequently functioned as a Critical Care/Level I Trauma Staff and Charge Nurse at Akron General Medical Center. Following his role at Akron General Medical Center, Thaddeus J. Cwynar joined Robinson Memorial Hospital in Ravenna, Ohio, where he functioned as Manager of Critical Care Services in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Coronary Care Unit (CCU). After his tenure at Robinson Memorial Hospital, he transitioned to a position at Summa Health System in Akron, Ohio, where he acted as a Critical Care Services Staff Nurse. He then joined American Mobile Healthcare, which places traveling nurses in roles that utilize their talents to the fullest. He earned an appointment at The Cleveland Clinic, where he functioned as a Critical Care Staff Nurse.
