Flying has been a part of H. Dan Hill’s life for as long as he can remember. He served as a Captain for Delta Air Lines, Inc., from 1976 to 2004 and started ventures of his own both previously and during that time. More recently, H. Dan Hill founded Mach One Air Charters Inc. in 2006, and he acts as Chief Executive Officer for this customer-centric company that provides services in business aviation consulting, private jet management, private jet chartering, and aircraft sales and acquisitions. Mr. Hill proudly counts a nine-passenger Hawker 1000 and Cessna Citation Excel; and an eight-passenger Hawker 400XP, Cessna Citation SII, and Cessna Citation II among the company’s fleet. H. Dan Hill also stresses that his team makes itself available 24-7 to support all customer aircraft charter needs and that the company can provide security measures and ground transportation at any destination. Mr. Hill deeply believes that the customer comes first and ensures that all staff members strive to provide personalized service and trip-planning support. As the founder of myriad aircraft-related businesses, H. Dan Hill brings more than four decades of experience to his current endeavor. H. Dan Hill’s previous startup ventures include companies such as Pacific Coast Airlines, National Aircraft Sales Inc., Trans Catalina Airlines Inc., National Jet Industries Inc., Westside Aviation Inc., National Aircraft Maintenance Inc., and National Flight Center. H. Dan Hill possesses approximately 25,000 hours of flight time and has served as Captain on the following jet aircraft: a Learjet 60; Cessna 500 and 560XL; Boeing 727, 757, and 767; Lockheed L-1011; McDonnell Douglas MD-11 and DC-3, Hawker 1000. In addition, he served as Flight Engineer on a Boeing 727 and DC-8-63. H. Dan Hill currently holds certificates in flight instruction, CFI, CFII and MEI. ATP 1774328, Airplane Single Engine Land, and Airplane Multi-Engine Land. H. Dan Hill received an Associate degree in Industrial Arts and Building Construction Technology from Orange Coast College. H. Dan Hill belongs to the Reagan Congressional Commission, the Republican National Committee, and the Business Advisory Council and currently resides in Anaheim Hills, California, with his wife and children.
