Tabber Benedict
Educated at Columbia Law School, New York City attorney Tabber Benedict possesses considerable experience in mergers and acquisitions. Over the course of his legal career, Tabber Benedict has facilitated transactions totaling more than $28 billion. He recently served as a Vice President at ACE Group, an international insurance company. An integral member of the in-house legal staff, Mr. Benedict contributed advice to senior executives, the Board of Directors, and the Corporate Development Department. His responsibilities with the company included preparing a variety of securities-related filings and reviewing corporate and commercial contracts. Prior to joining ACE Group, Tabber Benedict gained extensive legal experience as an Associate with law firms in New York City, including White & Case LLP, Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, and Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP. A member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association, he holds nearly a decade of experience as an attorney.
Outside of his work, Tabber Benedict attends Grace Church located in Greenwich Village, and supports organizations such as the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, the Nature Conservancy, New Yorkers for Children and the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. He holds memberships with the Metropolitan Museum of Art and Columbia University Club of New York.
