Scott Gelbard
Scott F. Gelbard is a financial services executive, Management Consultant, and Entrepreneur. He currently runs his company, Apis Ventures in Denver, Colorado, where he and his colleagues provide private and public companies with investment opportunities and management consulting services. Prior to founding Apis Ventures, Scott F. Gelbard began his entrepreneurship with his two other financial ventures, Regency Financial and the Regency Group. Scott F. Gelbard attended Colorado State University from 1995 to 1999 and earned a Bachelor of Science. Previously, Scott F. Gelbard attended Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida, for a year, where he played for the NCAA Division II PBA Sailfish soccer organization. In December 2010, the University received the largest gift of support to date for its Sailfish Athletics Program. Still an athlete, Scott F. Gelbard plays hockey and soccer, skis, and rides dirt bikes. As dedicated a philanthropist as he is an athlete, Scott F. Gelbard supports the Men for the Cure Foundation. Founded in 2000, Men for the Cure Foundation raises awareness about breast cancer and provides information on early detection, the best defense against the disease. Scott F. Gelbard also coaches soccer for his sons’ team, the Arapahoe Warriors. When he is not working or coaching, Scott F. Gelbard likes to read a good book, and he particularly enjoys the novels of Stephen King and Vince Flynn.
