Michael Calcagno

Dr. Michael Calcagno, an avid sports fan and former standout football player at Bowling Green State University, currently coaches at Immaculate Conception High School (ICHS) in Elmhurst, Illinois. A former student of the school, Dr. Calcagno has been inducted into the ICHS Athletic Hall of Fame for his on-the-field achievements as well as his chiropractic work with high school athletes. He currently coaches the football team’s linebackers and coordinates the strength and conditioning program.

Aside from coaching, Dr. Calcagno stays active by working out, playing rugby, and competing in triathlons. A father of four, Dr. Michael Calcagno also enjoys watching his boys wrestle and frequently attends sporting events with them throughout Chicago, holding season tickets to the Bulls.

Since 2006, Dr. Michael Calcagno has worked as the Clinic Director for the Elmhurst, Illinois, location of Olympia Chiropractic & Physical Therapy. The team at the practice offers a comprehensive suite of services that includes massage therapy, wellness programs, and chiropractic adjustments, which are made using the advanced ProAdjuster system. Dr. Calcagno focuses on speed and strength training in adolescents, as well as pediatric care. He utilizes his expertise to serve the York High School cross-country and track squads as the Team Doctor.

An alumnus of Life University in Marietta, Georgia, Dr. Michael Calcagno graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Bowling Green State University. Dr. Calcagno was an integral part of the football team at Bowling Green, earning all-conference honors as a linebacker. He subsequently played at the College of DuPage, receiving All-American accolades and helping lead the school to a Region IV title.
