Robert Dudacek
Throughout his life and career, insurance and financial services executive Robert Dudacek has maintained involvement in a vast array of academic, professional, charitable, and personal endeavors. As an economics major at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois, Robert Dudacek split his time between courses and professional responsibilities at American National Bank, where he served as a Financial Analyst from 1988 through 1991. Graduating from DePaul University in May 1991, Robert Dudacek moved to Minnesota to serve as the Supervisor of Corporate Trust Debt Management for First Trust Company in Saint Paul, Minnesota. After more than a year in this role, Robert Dudacek joined Minnesota Life Insurance Company, taking on the position of Senior Client Underwriter. From June 1992 to October 2004, Robert Dudacek earned a series of promotions at Minnesota Life, such as Manager of Mortgage Marketing Client Services, Manager of Client Financial Management, and Manager of Client Marketing and Services, gaining a broad range of experience in the process. Robert Dudacek enriched his professional acumen through various educational efforts during this time, including the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) program at The American College and the graduate program at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, where he earned his M.B.A. in Management. Following a period as a Relationship Director and Vice President of Client Management for ReMark Americas, Robert Dudacek joined Wells Fargo Insurance, Inc. as the Vice President of the Direct Response Group. Since then, Robert Dudacek has been promoted to Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo Insurance, Inc.
A member of the American Bankers Insurance Association (ABIA), Robert Dudacek regularly meets with fellow industry professionals through conferences across the United States. Over the years, Robert Dudacek has spoken at such ABIA meetings as the 2008, 2009 and 2010 National Annual Conference and served as Co-Chair of the ABIA Best Practices Panel, among other related gatherings. Outside of his profession, Robert Dudacek volunteers his time, energy, and resources to a range of charitable and humanitarian organizations, including Wilderness Inquiry, the Humane Society for Companion Animals, and the Page Education Foundation, which affords access to higher education for underserved students. Robert Dudacek lives with his family in Saint Paul.
