Natasha Tiffany MD
Natasha Tiffany, M.D., joined Hematology and Oncology of Salem in 2005, and has since helped countless patients cope with illness. Dr. Tiffany also works with the Oregon Health and Science University School of Medicine, where she functions as an Affiliate Assistant Professor. In 2010, she was named Professional of the Year in Medical Oncology and Hematology by Cambridge’s Who’s Who.
Dr. Natasha Tiffany has an outstanding academic background. She earned dual bachelor's degrees in 1992, one in Neuroscience from Oberlin College and one in Music (Piano Performance) from Oberlin Conservatory of Music. She went on to receive her medical degree with cum laude honors from Oregon Health and Science University. This was followed by an internship and residency at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, as well as a simultaneous clinical fellowship at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Tiffany returned to the Oregon Health and Science University to complete two fellowships in Hematology and Medical Oncology, the latter as a Chief Fellow. Over the course of her education and training, Dr. Natasha Tiffany received many awards, including the Gate Pharmaceuticals Outstanding Student Award, the Otterdale Memorial Scholarship, the Oberlin Neuroscience and Biopsychology Award, and an American Heart Association Summer Research Fellowship.
Dr. Natasha Tiffany has delivered many important presentations and has been widely published. She sits on the Board of Directors and committees for numerous professional organizations, including the Physician's Choice Foundation and the Salem Cancer Institute Breast Cancer Committee. She is a member of the Oregon Medical Association, the American Society of Medical Oncology, the American Society of Hematology, and the Southwest Oncology Group.
