A leader with expertise in managing large-scale medical institutions, Larry B. Anderson has held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Tri-City Medical Center in Oceanside, California, since 2009. Hired at a time when monthly losses were exceeding $1.5 million, Larry B. Anderson returned the center to profitability by reducing the debt burden and emphasizing superior service as a top priority. He also obtained seismic clearance through 2030, a trying issue that brought the Tri-City Medical Center to the brink of closure. Placing a high priority on patient care, Larry B. Anderson led efforts to gain the Gold-Plus Award for Stroke Care from the American Heart Association and to be accredited again by The Joint Commission. He was also instrumental in obtaining designation for the center as a nationally recognized Pulmonary Rehabilitation Center and Chest Pain Center. Throughout his time at the facility, Larry B. Anderson has displayed an unwavering commitment to continued enhancements, including the current Master Facility Plan that outlines the construction of a new hospital. Striving to improve the overall level of medical care in the state, Larry B. Anderson participates as a board member with the District Hospital Leadership Forum and the Hospital Association of San Diego and Imperial Counties.

Larry B. Anderson previously brought a struggling medical company into profitability as the founder and President of Integrated Healthcare Holdings, Inc. (IHHI), which includes four hospitals in Orange County, and accounts for 12 percent of all the acute care beds in the area. Prior to establishing the firm, Larry B. Anderson held responsibility as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Alta Hospitals System, LLC, a chain of seven hospitals across Southern California. Larry B. Anderson’s first professional experience came with the United State Postal Service, where he functioned as Senior Career Executive for several years. Larry B. Anderson gained valuable firsthand management experience work in this position, which involved procuring medical benefits for employees and working with medical care providers nationwide. A graduate of the Loyola Law School Los Angeles, Anderson maintains licensure as an attorney in California.
