With the best interests of her clients in mind, real estate agent Victoria Bacs works hard to close sales and help clients secure their dream homes in Phoenix, Arizona. With hundreds of pleased clients in her portfolio, Ms. Bacs has the business savvy and industry knowledge necessary to navigate the often complex and emotional world of residential real estate transactions. She has spent her entire real estate career in the Phoenix metro area, gaining knowledge of the Peoria, Surprise, Scottsdale, and Glendale markets as an agent with a number of different companies, including Realty Experts, RE/MAX, and West USA Realty. Currently, she operates as a Realtor for HomeSmart International, a company she started with in 2008. A top producer at every stop, Ms. Bacs possesses a multimillion-dollar portfolio of closed deals.
Before embarking on her current career, Victoria Bacs owned and operated a Chick-Fil-A restaurant in Phoenix. Responsible for day-to-day operations, Ms. Bacs oversaw all staffing and scheduling, ensured that the business adhered to all state and federal regulations, and managed the profit and loss of the independently owned franchise. After two years, Ms. Bacs divested her interest in the franchise in late 1996.
A long-time Arizona resident, Victoria Bacs attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, where she majored in pre-law and earned the President's Award for scholastic achievement. As a student, Ms. Bacs was a member of the Air Force and Army ROTC, Debate Club, Ski Club, and Scuba Club. She also participated in track and field.
