Homeland HealthCare works with major national insurance carriers like the American Medical and Life Insurance Company and USHEALTH Group to design flexible supplemental health insurance plans. The benefits, usually lump-sum payments, can be made to the hospital/doctor or directly to the policyholder, at the policyholder’s direction.
In addition to the schedule of cash benefits offered by its supplemental health insurance policies, Homeland HealthCare sponsors a variety of wellness programs. Its Consult a Doctor program for telemedicine and online health care, for example, makes board-certified physicians available 24 hour a day for free consultations and to answer questions. The program also maintains an extensive online reference library that its policyholders can access at any time.
