Accomplished chef Emmanuel Delcour specializes in crafting nutritious, delectable French fusion dishes, and he has earned considerable recognition for his creations. Delcour makes himself available for a number of special occasions, including birthday celebrations and dinner gatherings for as many as 60 people. He frequently appears as a guest chef at restaurants and offers private cooking lessons for individuals and groups. The former star of Bravo's Chef Academy, Emmanuel Delcour has lent his talents to a number of prominent organizations. On one occasion, he cooked for the NHL's Boston Bruins on the team's private jet.
Before working for himself, Emmanuel Delcour honed his culinary talents at several renowned restaurants in Southern California. He worked at Anisette Brasserie in Santa Monica and held a similar position at Beverly Hills-based The Hall, an upscale French eatery located in the Palihouse Holloway boutique hotel. In addition, Delcour served as an apprentice with world-famous executive chef Christophe Émé, who holds a two-star Michelin rating. Delcour completed his formal training at the North-American Novelli Academy, where he graduated with honors. He has been featured as a guest judge on the Fox TV show MasterChef with Gordon Ramsay.
Emmanuel Delcour has created an assortment of innovative offerings over the course of his career. His personal website features some of the recipes he has perfected, including a Gruyère cheese and walnut soufflé; a fresh crab salad with citrus and avocado presented in a grapefruit, and a mustard- and balsamic vinegar-based dressing; and a healthful pizza topped with crème fraiche and fois gras.
Aside from cooking, Emmanuel Delcour works as a model and actor. He has appeared in Calvin Klein ads and has been featured in various commercials, movies, and television shows. Currently, he is offering a limited-edition calendar featuring pictures of his modeling work; the calendar also comes with a centerfold poster.
