Combining traditional talk therapy with dream work, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Sandplay, Dr. Bernato works with adult individuals, couples, and groups through issues such as post-traumatic stress, depression, addiction, and relationship problems that further complicate everyday life. Eranos Counseling provides a safe and comfortable environment in which adults can discuss their feelings at their own pace without being judged or criticized. Dr. George Bernato believes traditional therapy can be expanded through music, art, theater and mythology.
