Brad Dorsky, a college student at Cape Cod Community College, currently balances his time between his studies in medicine and his work as a retail professional for Sears Holdings Corporation. Assisting customers in finding and obtaining shoes, Brad Dorsky won the company’s nationwide store-to-home award for his outstanding performance.
Growing up in Mashpee, Massachusetts, a small town on Cape Cod’s south shore, Brad Dorsky attended Mashpee Middle School. He earned his high school diploma from Cape Cod Regional Technical High School in Harwich. A former Boy Scout, he completed all four levels and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. As a teenager, Mr. Dorsky held a passion for music; he learned how to play the trumpet and played with school orchestras. He also plays bass guitar and has performed with numerous bands, such as Off the Hitch, Turns to Ashes, and Electrified Soul.
Living near such scenic areas as Nantucket Sound, Cape Cod Bay, and Falmouth Heights, Mr. Dorsky and his family enjoy camping, fishing, and hiking in the area. Throughout his youth, he participated in several sports, including basketball, baseball, and soccer. Brad Dorsky’s love for sports continues to this day, and he remains an avid fan of New England professional sports teams.
