Two months later, Ted Doudak moved Riva Jewelry Manufacturing, Inc. from its basement location in Brooklyn of 400 sq. feet to a shop in Midtown Manhattan of 4500 as. feet. Under his leadership, Riva Jewelry Manufacturing, Inc. expanded substantially, and by 1997, Ted Doudak relocated his business to its current facility. With 21,000 square feet of operating space, Riva Jewelry Manufacturing, Inc. houses a comprehensive array of high-tech equipment and employs more than 150 well-trained jewelry making professionals. Riva Jewelry Manufacturing, Inc. contracts with the best of internationally renowned jewelry designer houses, manufacturing over 30,000 units each month. Ted Doudak oversees all day-to-day operations at the manufacturing plant, actively defining employee responsibilities improving manufacturing processes and ensuring a high level of customer service. Additionally, Ted Doudak ensures that the equipment utilized by Riva Jewelry Manufacturing, Inc. is always on the cutting edge in the industry. In 2009, Ted Doudak implemented a sophisticated CNC Machine Center, securing for his business an important advantage over manufacturing competitors.
After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from the American University of Beirut in 1984, Ted Doudak moved to New York City and quickly established his business prospects in jewelry manufacturing. Since founding his company, Ted Doudak has diligently maintained his original vision of manufacturing the highest quality products through innovative technology, ethical business dealings, and strong teamwork. Ted Doudak lives and works in the New York metropolitan area.
