Rick Fiset understands that purchasing real estate can be a tough and monumental task for a prospective buyer. Fiset’s objective as a real estate broker is to alleviate any stress, filtering the cloud of information available to a buyer to help make an educated decision about a property. This methodology has led to a satisfied clientele base, making him of RE/MAX’s premier brokers. Furthermore, Fiset has remained in the Bay Area, specializing in Contra Costa County, where he has spent his entire life. This has given him an advantage among his peers. Specializing in both residential and commercial property, Fiset possesses the ability to address a wide range of clients, from first time homebuyers to seasoned investors who are looking to expand their assets. Mr. Fiset offers a significant advantage compared to other real estate agents because of his accreditations. For example, Fiset is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), which is only held by 5% of all Realtors in the U.S. Furthermore, he is an Accredited Buyer Representative, demonstrating his dedication to help buyers through the purchasing process. His legitimacy as a commercial broker is evident by being a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), which is only held by 6% of all commercial real estate practitioners. Fiset has been inaugurated into RE/MAX Platinum Club in 1997-2006, RE/MAX Chairman’s Club in 2003, RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 1999, and RE/MAX Accord Top 10 – 2003, 2005, and 2006. Recently, Fiset received the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement award in 2008. Prior to getting involved in real estate in 1976 and becoming licensed Realtor in 1978, Fiset was a manager with World Airways and Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART). Fiset received his MPA from Cal State East Bay University and his BA in Social Science from San Jose State University. Rick Fiset currently lives in Danville with his wife, Judy, and his four children.
