Over 17 years of marketing communications experience and 13 years of direct experience in Information Architecture, Experience Design/Interaction Design and Usability Testing. Responsible for working with cross- disciplinary project and client teams for engagements that incorporate marketing strategy, branding, business process strategy and the design and implementation of the final application.
