Peter Aytug
Due to current financial market conditions, Peter Aytug recognized an opportunity to purchase and liquidate non-performing residential loans. He acquired residential loans in the New York tri-state area which he successfully liquidated in the last two years. Peter Aytug has developed an extensive track record of success in mortgage finance. He managed one of the largest private commercial mortgage lenders in the New York tri-state region. For over a decade, the company funded more than 3,300 loans totaling $1.17 billion. During this time he managed several portfolios totaling $165 million. In 1979, he started a consulting business that provided back office consultants to investment firms. The company served well-recognized Wall Street firms such as Merrill Lynch, PaineWebber (now merged with UBS) and Dean Witter (now Morgan Stanley Smith Barney). Peter Aytug graduated from NYU with a Bachelor’s degree in 1985.
