About Justin Ayars:

Justin Ayars founded, owns, and operates a number of businesses, most of which are based in Richmond, Virginia. He started Tinkers, LLC with the vision of acquiring compromised specimens of antique woodworking and returning them to their original beauty. Since the company’s creation in 2010, Ayars has maintained control as Managing Member.

Interested in supporting the venture on many levels, Justin Ayars provides leadership throughout financial and business affairs while also promoting Tinkers, LLC at many different marketing events and trade shows. Dedicated to each of his ventures, Justin Ayars continues to oversee many aspects of his first business, the J. J. Jitterzz Koffee Kompany, LLC. Ayars manages the company’s daily operations in the Prime Outlets Shopping Center of Williamsburg, Virginia, while also providing executive guidance for market research, event planning, and business expansion.

Experienced in dealing with customers, Justin Ayars enjoys taking direct, personal control of customer sales. Interested in sharing his talents with other small businesses, Justin Ayars also owns the Umbrella Management Group, LLC, at which he offers his expertise in management to a broad range of client businesses, including bars, entertainment organizations, and restaurants. Justin Ayars specializes in business development and growth and possesses experience in developing individually suited solutions to financial, legal, organizational, and marketing challenges.

Through his fourth business, Justin Ayars offers an innovative approach to relaxation and society in Richmond, Virginia. Ayars designed 2113 Main Street, LLC to be what he calls a “restro-lounge,” a concept that brings an air of easy elegance to a space designed for leisure. Justin Ayars oversaw all stages of the company’s pre-opening, including development, design, implementation, financial backing, and marketing. Before beginning these four companies, Justin Ayars created a legal career in both public and private law.

A graduate of the George Mason University School of Law, Ayars worked on the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, D.C., the office of the Fairfax Commonwealth Attorney in Virginia, and the Fourth Judicial Circuit of Virginia. Justin Ayars also litigated civil cases as an associate with Semmes, Bowen & Semmes and created his own practice as an attorney at law in Portsmouth.
