Guy Bennallack
Entrepreneur Guy Bennallack has developed and managed over 52 companies throughout his lifetime. He currently directs more than five construction-related companies. Prior to beginning his career, Guy Bennallack attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, graduating with a B.S. in Business Management with minors in management information systems and quantitative management systems. Subsequently, he operated as CEO of HBR LLC, a general construction company he began in 1982. Since then, the company has produced over two thousand homes and hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial developments. After founding HBR LLC, Guy Bennallack established HBR Management Inc., which fulfills staffing needs for construction subcontractors. Guy Bennallack ensures that the subcontractors have capable and competent workers; the firm maintains 58 employees, many of whom have been with the company for over a decade. Guy Bennallack also oversees a conglomeration of construction companies located in Las Vegas. He established The Original Roofing Company in 1985 and later added The Painting Company and The Window Company. Honored as one of the top 100 privately held companies in Las Vegas, The Original Roofing Company has installed over 50 million square feet of roofing to date. At The Painting Company, Guy Bennallack manages over 80 employees. He directs project managers while monitoring business development and performance, ensuring a high standard of customer service. The Window Company currently maintains a staff of 12 individuals and relies on partnerships with establishments such as Andersen Windows, Milgard Manufacturing, Inc., Solar Industries, Inc., General Aluminum, and Peachtree Doors and Windows. In addition to managing his businesses, Guy Bennallack cultivates professional ties with the Western States Roofing Contractors Association, the American Building Contractors, and the Nevada Business Coalition. He participates in his alumni association and contributes to his community through Habitat for Humanity and The Shade Tree Shelter. Guy Bennallack is also a licensed pilot and belongs to the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.
