Eran Rubinstein
Eran Rubinstein earned his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo. Immediately following graduation, Mr. Rubinstein enrolled at Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, DE to earn his Juris Doctorate. An impeccable student, Eran Rubinstein made the Dean’s Honor List and actively participated in the ABA Negotiation Competition as both a competitor and a coach, having earned 4th place in the 1998 Regional Competition. After graduating from Widener, Eran Rubinstein litigated at firms in Philadelphia, working mainly on class action cases. Some of Mr. Rubinstein’s most famous cases include the Relafen Class Action Litigation, the Initial Public Offering Securities Litigation, and the AOL Time Warner Merger Litigation. Eran Rubinstein primarily represents clients in cases concerning securities class action suits. Eran Rubinstein works mainly with international institutional investors, such as national governments, fund managers, insurance companies, pension funds, and banks, serving as their primary point of contact within the firm.
