David Feingold
As Managing Partner with the South Florida law firm Feingold & Kam, David Feingold focuses on corporate law, representing numerous commercial and investment banks and brokerage firms. His firm’s attorneys are part of a staff of approximately 50, all with diverse backgrounds at respected law firms throughout the United States. Mr. Feingold has emphasized the necessity of a dual capacity for litigation and transactional law in developing the firm, and he has been involved in more than 30 trials since founding Feingold & Kam in 1993. He has also facilitated approximately $200 million in corporate transactions, involving securitized pool/collateralized loan transactions undertaken for major banking institutions. The experience of David Feingold and his associates extends to representation of client firms before regional regulators and national-level authorities such as the Securities and Exchange Commission and the National Association of Securities Dealers (now known as FINRA). David Feingold’s personal life has long been characterized by a commitment to children’s causes throughout the world. He has been involved in a number of charitable initiatives, including the development of a school in a remote village in Guatemala, a nutrition and oral healthcare program for children in South America, and a food program for children in Russia. Much of Mr. Feingold’s dedication to bettering children’s lives has its roots in his own personal experiences as an adoptive parent. Two of his five children were adopted from developing countries. He is also committed to community-enriching programs in the American Southeast, supporting scholarships that send children to North Carolina and Florida summer camps and providing funds to Florida children’s homes. Mr. Feingold obtained his undergraduate and graduate education at Emory University in Atlanta. Earning a B.A. in Political Science, he received Phi Beta Kappa recognition and graduated cum laude. David Feingold subsequently pursued his Juris Doctor at the Emory University School of Law.
