Christian B. Sullivan serves as hedge fund Managing Partner at the New York City-based UNIS Global Energy Fund. With a childhood friend acting as Portfolio Manager, Christian B. Sullivan addresses the details of daily operations, putting his efforts into building the company. Mr. Sullivan has also worked as Managing Director for Deutsche Bank AG, working with the brokers for the bank’s investors. His capacity at Deutsche Bank included frequent travel, with Sullivan regularly going to Russia, Poland, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland to manage brokers. Christian B. Sullivan was an early investor with CapitalNewYork.com, a New York -related blog. Mr. Sullivan also financed OpenRoad Media LLC, a company in New York City that publishes e-books. Christian B. Sullivan’s private investment experience also served him in setting up a real estate investment vehicle in Warsaw, Poland, aimed at attracting pension funds and other institutional investors. As a consultant, Mr. Sullivan has assessed the value of privately owned companies for tax purposes. Christian B. Sullivan has also applied his investment knowledge in giving back to the community as an angel investor with Golden Seeds, a foundation that backs women-owned businesses. Mr. Sullivan serves the organization Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City. Helping to raise consciousness of military veterans’ issues, Christian B Sullivan contributes to the Bob Woodruff Foundation’s ReMIND.org and remains involved with Futures and Options. He is also a season ticket holder for New Jersey Nets games. Having received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Connecticut College in New London, Connecticut, Mr. Sullivan is a former resident of Nantucket.
