Caroline Dunwoody
With an extensive background in travel, along with a semester spent learning the culture and language of Sevilla, Spain, this third-year law student has a lot to offer her future firm. Caroline Dunwoody graduated Cum Laude from Boston College with a double major in Political Science and Spanish. Her honors and activities top the charts of most students. She was a regular on the Dean’s List, a member of the Romance Language, and Golden Key honor society, as well as an ESL tutor at a local neighborhood community center. Caroline regularly volunteered at the Boston College Campus School and was on the Political Science association for all four years of college. Currently living in West Harrison, New York, Caroline is attending Fordham University’s School of Law. This past summer, she spent an overwhelming amount of time as a summer associate at Boundas, Skaryzynksi, Walsh & Black LLC. This law firm specializes in insurance and reinsurance, and is currently an internationally recognized leader in this field. The associates and partners in the firm pride themselves on their longstanding client relationships as well as the high quality work they provide. Ms. Dunwoody provides an array of support to the partners and associates on all projects. From researching cases to the litigation of two very high profile clients, Caroline has a heavy hand in it all. Her previous position the summer before at the Westchester District Attorney's Office embodied some of Caroline's greatest skills. She worked closely with Assistant District Attorney on child abuse and domestic violence cases, allowing her empathetic nature to shine. Ms. Dunwoody constantly utilized her Spanish by interacting with clients on the phone, conducting interviews of victims, or even by translating 911 calls. All of these skills create a significant and powerful lawyer, one that Ms. Dunwoody is sure to be.
