Terrie Spieker
A longtime Colorado resident, Terrie Spieker has worked as both a customer service representative and a teacher.
Terrie Spieker received her B.A. at the Metropolitan State College of Denver, where she studied Behavioral Science. After finishing her undergraduate work, Terrie Spieker began work as a sales representative at Qwest Communications in Denver, where she gained significant experience working with database systems and satisfying customer needs. Terrie Spieker also helped develop new policies at Qwest to improve the customer service department.
After leaving Qwest, Terrie Spieker turned her attention to teaching. Terrie Spieker’s work in Littleton Public School classrooms was marked by her dedication to her students. Terrie Spieker designed and implemented a number of measures to ensure her students’ performance in the classroom as well as on standardized testing. Making the most of available resources and classroom time lay at the heart of Terrie Spieker’s teaching philosophy. A skilled communicator, Terrie Spieker made sure to keep parents and other educators abreast of student progress.
Terrie Spieker enjoys reading and counts Danielle Steele and Joel Osteen among her favorite authors. The outdoor activities Terrie Spieker enjoys include golf, volleyball, skiing, and softball, and she also takes advantage of Colorado’s natural beauty by hiking and camping. Terrie Spieker is a valued member of the congregation at Light of the World Catholic Church, where she volunteers.
