Rey Junco

Rey Junco is an Associate Professor and the Director of Disability Services in the Department of Academic Development and Counseling at Lock Haven University. Rey is a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania and he has taught first year seminars since 2000. He is an advisor for undeclared students at Lock Haven University and worked as an advisor for undeclared students in Penn State’s Division of Undergraduate Studies. Rey Junco's research interests include investigating emerging technologies in order to help engage and support college students, examining the digital divide, and improving first-year student transitions. His books include Connecting to the Net.Generation: What higher education professionals need to know about today’s students and Using emerging technologies to help engage students.
