Martin Feierstein
Martin Feierstein has led a diverse, decades-long career in the music industry, including stints as both a musician/producer and an audio engineer in the recording studio. Martin Feierstein first entered the public eye as an active musician/co producer with the New York band The Verge in the early 1980‘s.This cutting edge original music group’s records generated international airplay and live shows with MTV cutting edge bands of the era. From there and for over three decades, Martin Feierstein’s recording and international touring work has provided him with the opportunity of recording/producing and/or performing live on stage with various other original artists and Hall Of Fame Rock and Roll legends whose careers span five decades of the genre. In addition to musician/recording/touring roles, Martin Feierstein is also known for his work interviewing Rock legends for FM broadcast. His work as a broadcaster has given him the privilege of interviewing legends from virtually every era and genre of Rock and Roll. From 50’s icon Bo Diddley to 60’s British Invasion star and lead singer of The Animals Eric Burdon to 70’s Punk Rock legend and lead singer of The Stranglers Hugh Cornwell, Martin Feierstein has produced, engineered and broadcasted informative and insightful interviews with these and other legends of popular music. Elton John, Paul McCartney and Roxy Music guitarist extraordinaire Chris Spedding wrote the theme song for Marty Feierstein’s FM radio program.
