John Roth
John F. Roth manages Roth Immigration Law Firm in New York City. In the 1990s, John F. Roth spent extended periods of time in Russia, forming and maintaining start-up companies. mostly in the computer technology field. During his visits, he identified a need for legal services geared toward overseas citizens interested in permanently relocating to the United States. With offices in China, the Ukraine, the Philippines, and Russia, John F. Roth helps foreign investors obtain United States citizenship through the EB-5 Visa program. This system offers a green card in exchange for a $500,000 investment that provides 10 US citizens with jobs, directly or indirectly. Additionally, John F. Roth assists clients pursuing the L-1A and E-2 investor visas. In the fall of 2010, John F. Roth earned his SEC Series 7 License, enabling him to lawfully provide advice to clients needing help selecting a Regional Center. A summa cum laude graduate of Drew University, John F. Roth earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Sciences and Russian Studies. Roth next received his Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and his Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. John F.
