Gus Exposito

Gus Exposito’s perseverance, strength, and dedication throughout his college and military years easily translated into his professional career. Beginning his career by earning his Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from the University of Maryland, Exposito went on to serve his country by enlisting in the United States Armed Forces, following which he was shipped to Germany. After receiving an honorable discharge from the Army, Mr. Exposito began his successful career, dominating the field of residential, commercial, and industrial roofing in south Florida by starting Z-Roofing. Founding his company in 1994, Exposito revolutionized the industry by staying completely involved in every step of the process from start to finish for every costumer. Being a dynamic entrepreneur that brought a vast amount of dedication and steadfast commitment to each endeavor, Exposito was a recognized Roofing Contractor of the Year in 2002, 2004, and 2006. His #6 ranking of best roofing company in South Florida is apparent in his sales increase from his original start of $30,000 in annual sales to $20 million in revenue. When Gus Exposito is not deeply involved in his thriving company, he can be found performing philanthropic work for an abundance of national charities. He donates his time and money to a recovering addicts and alcoholics program, as well as serves as a mentor and a big brother to a number of disadvantaged children. His success in the business realm is clearly visible when you view the amount of committees and boards to which Exposito has been elected. Some noteworthy organizations are the Miami-Dade County Incorporation and Zoning Board and the Country Village Homeowners and Athletic Association. Gus Exposito is also an avid supporter and member of the Latin Builders Association.
