Daniel Gilardi is a professional Engineering Manager who brings years of diverse and challenging mechanical and general construction experience to every advisory situation. Shortly thereafter, Daniel Gilardi became a Certified Instructor for the State Board of Directors for Community Colleges of Arizona and a Certified Craft Instructor at the National Center for Construction Education and Research. Additionally, Daniel Gilardi is proficient with HVAC, Structural Steel, Hydronics, UMC, IBC, BOCA, SMACNA, and NFPA codes. Regarding common professional programs, Daniel Gilardi is fully qualified in the realms of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Project, SureTrak, CADlite, Estimation, QuickPen, and Prolog. He has performed extensive work in regards to reviewing Construction Contract Terms and Conditions. In addition, Daniel Gilardi received a First Alternate Appointment to the United States Naval Academy in 1981. Many of the projects Daniel Gilardi has advised on have been in the USD $1M+ range; all told, he has had the distinction of estimating and managing general and mechanical projects with a career value in excess of USD $300M.
