Currently serving as Senior Vice President of the Carlton Group in Los Angeles, Gabe Weinert employs more than a decade of financial experience in supervising the firm’s execution of underwriting, due diligence, and closing processes. Representing a host of clients in the arenas of alternative energy and real estate, A multifaceted financial services leader, Gabe Weinert pursued lengthy studies and fulfilled a variety of roles in the industry prior to assuming his current position. Gabe Weinert began his advanced educational path at the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Weinert graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate. He later augmented his skills with a graduate program at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. While there, he offered his insight to urban planning venture The Ratkovich Company in the facilitation of a $200 million fund. Weinert graduated with a Master of Business Administration in Private Equity and Finance. Throughout his career, Gabe Weinert secured a host of demanding roles, among them Acquisitions Associate with Heitman Capital Management, LLC; Derivatives Trader with UBS Warburg in Houston; Acquisitions/Asset Manager with TVP Asset, Inc., in Los Angeles; and Risk Manager with Emigrant Realty Finance, LLC, in Los Angeles.
